There were deaf girls at my school long time ago. They were my classmates and one of them was my roomate at college. I can tell them apart because I have known them for many years. They are shy but they are brave to meet new friends. If I saw deaf people in mall or restaurant, I will go and meet them because I crave for deaf company.

First of foremost, Congrats! Welcome to DR and pleasure to see a new Deaf twin vlogger. Yay! :-)

Secondly, it depends on how Deafies approach other Deafies in a certain way. Sometimes they feel uncomfort for a bit while and then will warm up to approach afterwards. Others sometimes feel too warmly welcome and zeal to approach, and feel that they are a part of it.

Greetings are wonderful way to meet a new faces. Deafies are awesome and wonderful people.

Not everyone deaf have the ability to be gregarious or socially active.

More and more people nowadays are cocooning themselves to their own private world. What will become of our own existence if we simply interact with someone or say a simple hi as part of social courtesy.

Whatever both of you feel real comfortable by not embracing any particular individual.

Remmy that the real benefit of acquaintance among people. In any case of emergency, you would need hir help or someone to talk with.

Our increasingly techno-dependency surely deprieve us the human warmth and contact.

People should not wallow in their own insular world all the time. Human beings are kinda complicated beings anyway.

I guess that both of you need to boost your own own confidence to do the human graces like quick hi or nod face with smile. That would not hurt you at all.

Yes, both of you have to follow your own gut instincts whether approach somone or talk to that particular individual or let someone coming into your own world.

My real problem is being too trusting among many people. No questions about handful of people being sinister or have a hidden agenda or manipulative. Just trust your own instinct whe you feel right nor comfortable. :)
